    Masterful Mr Jack Chen. I love this thoughtful reno so much! We don't NEED to live in such large spaces. This design work proves that we can reduce our living footprint with some creative solutions and pragmatic thinking giving consideration to our individual lifestyles. Imagine the global energy reduction if we all compacted our lives in a similar thoughtful manner…

    i cant get enough of these types of construction. like in 1 area hes got 3 areas. how sick is that?!?!?!
    media unit, office area and both r easily concealed. love stuff like that. somebody gotta make a mansion filled with elements like that.

    The dining table could be designed a little smarter – the slide-out feature is clever, but that table definitely wouldn't fit 4-6 people. Maybe something that folds out both ways?
